Welcome to dasgh.shop. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our online storefront, products, and customer services. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility & Geographic Scope

  • Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental supervision to purchase from our website.

  • Geographical Scope: We fulfill and dispatch orders exclusively to Germany.

  • Accuracy: You warrant that all provided contact, address, and identity information is true and complete.

2. Products, Pricing & Clerical Corrections

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors, adjust pricing, update item descriptions, or cancel orders if necessary. Product photos are for reference only; minor physical variations may occur.

3. Order Verification & Acceptance

Orders undergo verification and fulfillment within 1 to 3 business days. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to unsupported shipping addresses, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. An order is officially accepted once prepared for dispatch.

4. Exclusive Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No advance online payments (such as credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal) are supported at checkout; no online payment is required prior to delivery, payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon inspection of the parcel, and no hidden fees apply for rejections or returns. Repeated unjustified refusal of COD consignments may lead to future ordering restrictions.

5. Shipping & Transportation Terms

  • Processing: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Approximately 7 to 15 business days to Germany. Delivery timeframes are operational estimates. We are not liable for transit delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or force majeure events.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refund Framework

  • Return Right: You are entitled to apply for a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Conditions: Items must remain unused, unaltered, in complete original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • COD Refunds: Approved refunds will be remitted via direct electronic bank transfer (IBAN) coordinated through our Customer Support team after the returned goods are inspected.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled during the initial 1–3 day handling window. Once in transit, orders cannot be recalled; please accept the delivery and follow our return procedure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to provide false information, place malicious COD orders, attempt unauthorized system access, introduce malware, or infringe upon intellectual property rights. Violations may result in termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

All content on this website is the property of dasgh.shop and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our storefront and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of Liability & Privacy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dasgh.shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or transit delays. Your data privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR standards.
